Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product is received.
- There is a genuine manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@gribonhome.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund requests without valid photo/video proof in case of damage or defects may not be eligible for approval.
