Serviceability and charges

Delivery is available to serviceable pincodes across India. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order and is based on the cart value.

• Below ₹300: ₹99 delivery charge
• ₹300 to ₹449.99: ₹79 delivery charge
• ₹450 to ₹598.99: ₹49 delivery charge
• ₹599 and above: free delivery

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are accepted after stock reservation and confirmation. We normally dispatch within 1–2 working days, followed by an estimated 3–7 working days in courier transit. Dispatch and delivery estimates use Monday–Saturday as working days.

You can place an order at any time. For calculating delivery estimates, the order day ends at 11:59 pm Indian Standard Time (IST).

Estimates are not guaranteed appointment times and may change because of carrier, weather, access, or regional restrictions. Remote or restricted locations may require more time or a different carrier. Large project consignments may follow a separately confirmed dispatch plan.

Receiving the shipment

• Check the outer package before accepting delivery.
• Record visible damage or tampering with clear photos or video.
• Keep the packaging, invoice, accessories, and labels until the product has been checked.
• For a missing, wrong, damaged, or defective item, open a Product dispute chat through Enquiries within 7 calendar days of delivery.
