Catalogue, pricing, and availability

We work to keep product images, specifications, prices, and stock accurate. Screen colours and natural material appearance can vary. An obvious technical or pricing error may be corrected before order acceptance.

Order acceptance and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after required validation, stock reservation, and confirmation. Cash on Delivery remains pending collection until the amount is actually collected. Online payment methods will be available only after their secure provider integration is enabled.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

The Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty policies form part of these terms. Project and bulk orders may have separately agreed commercial and delivery conditions.
